Welcome and Thank you for Participating in
the Montage Health Employee Giving Campaign!
Campaign Dates: October 31st, 2023 - December 3rd, 2023
Goal: $175,000
At Montage Health, we are committed to improving the health and well-being of our community.
One way we accomplish this is to work with a trusted community leader, United Way Monterey County.
United Way helps families and individuals achieve financial stability and improve individual health outcomes.
Every year, Montage Health takes part in our local United Way campaign. Through our payroll deduction plan, Montage Health employees have an easy and a convenient way to make your contribution over a period of 12-months. Your gift will help increase access to crucial services such as rental assistance, affordable child care, and free financial support programs, in addition to other qualified non-profit charities of your choice. This year, proceeds will go towards the newly unveiled United Way Monterey County Community Impact Center. The site will serve as a resource center for nonprofits all over Monterey County and will bring our partners together to address emerging needs, leverage resources, and create innovative solutions to serve our community.
Please join me in Building for the Future by contributing as generously as you are able.
Together, we improve the health and well-being of
Monterey County and make a greater impact on those we serve.
Sincerely,
Cheryl Gindhart Moore, CLS, Community Hospital of the Monterey Peninsula

Learn How Your Donations Answer Our Community's Call
Shown by data collected in the Real Cost Measure, we know that Monterey County residents are struggling to afford basic needs. One way UWMC has Answered Your Call is by addressing the need for affordable housing. Watch the video below to see how the Emergency Rent and Utility Assistance has supported families in need.
Another call UWMC has answered has been the increasing need for a network of Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder resources. UWMC's Hope and Help program connects providers in real-time so individuals can access the support they need. Watch the video below to see how the Hope and Help program has created a network of service providers.
This year, UWMC was called to action when Monterey County was met with the damage brought by the Winter Storms. From helping to share important updates and information to partnering with local agencies to disburse cash aid, UWMC answered your call when disaster struck. Watch the video to see how.
